CESARE MARAGLIO – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Cesare Offers an evidenced track record in enabling the growth of ambitious businesses in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and across European markets, supporting market entry, international trade, and strategic collaboration.

Renowned Italian Business Consulting Expert, Cesare graduated from Political Sciences at Università degli Studi di Milano with a dissertation on History of Journalism, then went on and earned his Master’s Degree in International Affairs at the prestigious Istituto Diplomatico ISPI (International Politics Studies Institute).

Cesare held an instrumental role in the cabinet of the Vice President of the European Commission, and subsequently worked as a Project Manager on several UE projects in an international development consulting firm in Brussels.

He continued his governmental career in the UAE and worked as Branch Manager for Promos, the special agency of Milan Chamber of Commerce for international activities, promoting international trade, helping Italian companies develop their businesses in the GCC, and targeting foreign investments to Italy.

Cesare has been actively working as a private consultant, managing contracts in the whole MENA Region and cultivating a wide network of contacts with local companies and institutions.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, with a basic knowledge of Portuguese and Arabic, he has been dealing with clients with diverse backgrounds from all over the world, undertaking projects in multiple sectors: retail, medical, food, mechanical, defense, IT, tourism, construction.

Combines commercial acumen, marketing expertise and project management skills with stakeholder engagement abilities developed in the public and private sectors in the UAE, Italy, and at the EU Commission.  Cesare is highly experienced in managing branch operations and all related daily activities.
